Meeting can be arranged and attended by Whitkirk or other affiliated organisations in the club house, by writing the details clearly in the small diary available from the bar.

This facility should only be used for booking of "The Committee Room", (this does NOT include the Templar room or Orangery). We now have a dedicated committee room for this purpose, maximum 12 people. Please note that the Committee Room is now situated to the rear of the Templar Room in a separate location. Templar room may be booked for an event without anybody being given notice. The Sport TV channel may be on at any time.

For firm bookings of The Templar room or Orangery for e.g. AGM's or large groups of people that require to be separate from the club itself. Must be booked through The Secretary by the Formal Booking System. Please note bookings for Saturday Nights may be limited.

The reason for this is that with us now having 2 complete Lounges for events. These can be booked by members or Sections, (subject to conditions) and their functions may not be able to be placed elsewhere.

As you will be aware their can be major disappointments caused by Double Booking. Food is not allowed in the NEW meeting room
