We have two rooms and two bars at the whitkirk club.  The Main room which seats 110 and the Templar room which seats 80.

Whenever the main room is booked e.g. for a band then the Templar room will be available for members use.

2024 Prices

Functions in the Templar Room are charged at £140 non-members, £110 members.

We also have decided to allow, by request only, the main room to be booked. This will be charged at £150 / £125 for funerals. 

2025 Prices

Functions in the Templar Room are charged at £150 non-members, £120 members.

We also have decided to allow, by request only, the main room to be booked. This will be charged at £160 / £135 for funerals.

All booking based on a 4-hour booking slot.

We also hold a damage bond that is fully refundable if the room and furnishings are returned in good condition.

The Templar room has several TV's, one of which is a 75in HD TV that you can connect other devices to, e.g. to play music, videos and for presentations.

The Templar room seats 80 and this makes it ideal for parties, funerals, presentation nights, birthdays, christenings and other type of events.

There is a non-moveable pool table in this room which is covered for events.

We have several club events on in the main room, such as the quiz, bingo and big sports events when the room is unavailable.

The club kitchen can be used by any private party.  You can cater yourself or get a catering company in. Under the Downloads section there is a link to some Catering Companies.
