Important Notice:

Supervision and Conduct of Children at Whitkirk Club

Despite repeated reminders through newsletters and posters, children continue to enter the tennis courts, cricket nets, and cricket pen without authorisation. This behaviour has already resulted in damage to cricket wicket covers and will not be tolerated any longer.

The tennis courts, cricket nets, and cricket pen are private property. Access is strictly prohibited without permission.

Our neighbours have made multiple complaints about children trespassing on the tennis courts, which triggers security lights that shine into their homes. In addition, objects have been thrown into neighbouring gardens, and residents have been verbally abused when confronting the children. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and must stop immediately.

All children on Whitkirk Club premises must be supervised at all times. This is a mandatory condition of club membership.

Any child found engaging in this behaviour in the future will result in sanctions against their parents or guardians, which may include being asked to leave the premises and termination of their social club membership.

Whitkirk Club will take whatever action is necessary to protect its facilities, its members, and its relationship with the local community.

Guests must be accompanied by a member and signed in before entry.
